Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and who it goes to.

Information we collect

We collect what you give us when you submit an enquiry or call the number on this site: typically your name, contact details, the property address or suburb, and a description of the structure you want demolished. Calls may be logged or recorded for routing and follow-up.

Site assessments may involve photographs of the property and, where relevant, documentation such as asbestos survey reports or approval paperwork you choose to share.

We do not request payment details, identity documents or financial information through this website, and you should not send them.

Purpose

The information is used to arrange a site assessment, prepare a quote, and follow up your enquiry. Nothing else.

Disclosure to contractors

This is a referral website. Your enquiry and the details you provide are passed to an independent, third-party demolition contractor operating in your area so they can contact you, attend the site and quote the work. From that point they hold the information you share with them directly and handle it under their own practices.

Where a job involves asbestos, relevant information may also be shared with a separately licensed asbestos removalist and, where required by law, with regulatory bodies.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate this website, route calls and manage enquiries, including a customer relationship management platform and a telephony service. They process information on our behalf.

We do not sell your information.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained while needed to follow up the enquiry and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted or de-identified. Records relating to work involving hazardous materials may need to be kept longer where the law requires it.

Cookies

This website may use cookies to understand usage and improve the site. You can block or remove them in your browser without breaking the site.
